A fall soiree for a bride and groom
Are you tired of seeing parties? I hope not! They’re just too beautiful not to share, and I have had a lot of them lately!
Not to worry though, I am cray busy with interior design clients so there will be more interiors soon…promise!
Held at my parents’ home, it was a fun night with family and friends celebrating the new Mr. & Mrs.
A light rain persisted all night, but only added to the loveliness!
These fantastic pods grow on a tree in my parents’ back yard – they tied in perfectly with the autumnal color scheme and chinois vibe of the party decor.
A few mums conveyed the fall scheme too.
Instead of traditional low flower arrangements in vases, white phaleanopsis orchids lined the tables with hurricanes, aqua vases with pods, and small vases of mums.
A gold chinois tulipiere with more pink, salmon, and gold pods graced the food table.
The red pagoda invitation is one of my favorite invitations of all time!
I painted a menu card with gold and red pagodas, the couple’s initials, and our hand written menu, then printed them at home.
The food was so good!
Tissue paper pom poms and orange paper lanterns were tucked into the corners of the porch.
The tables were set with Caspari’s Imari collection.
White draped curtains and a cluster of lanterns made for a fun entrance.
Fruit and cheese to start the night!
It was so charming to eat by candlelight once the sun set!
Congrats again to the happy couple!
